Director of Training
Gordon Spencer has over 14 years experience of delivering programmes to meet individual and organisational needs within all sectors. This invariably includes workforce development, key and basic skills and in doing so, secures and delivers a number of government funded programmes in line with key criteria. The Director of Training is constantly driving the business forward with new ventures, funding and opportunities being sought as well as guaranteeing that issues regarding Health and Safety along with Equal Opportunities are promoted consistently to all in the company and those receiving training.
Lucy Probyn

Funded Contracts Manager
Initially recruited to promote courses on offer through funding secured from ESF funds, Lucy’s role has been developed to incorporate all aspects of ESF Contracts Management from ensuring recruitment of beneficiary targets are met to maintaining MI systems for the purpose of tracking and reporting on progress and status of individuals, liaising with Learning & Skills Council for future contracts, guiding the company through the Self Assessment Process and managing all subcontracting arrangements
Vicky Matthews
Operations Manager
Corporate work makes up approximately 25 % of the Dunelm Associates Ltd business and comprises of long term contracts alongside one off single or two day training sessions. This ‘Open-course' business development role is currently developing alongside that of Human Resource issues and management of associate activities and materials.
Anne Burns
Training Manager
The Training Manager is responsible for quality assurance of the learner experience as well as delivering and assessment on specific programmes of development. Programme coordination, internal verification and ensuring that additional support has also been drafted in to ensure that both delivery and delivery materials are of the highest standard also form an integral part of Anne's role.
Alene Jeyakumar Ellsworth

Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager, Alene is responsible for all marketing and advertising activities on both the funded contracts as well as the corporate side. Programme coordination, arrangements for courses to be held and handling of general enquiries are also part of her responsibilities.
Katie Shipley
Administrator
Katie is based in our Sedgefield office and is the administrative support of our Funded Contracts manager as well as our Training Manager and data control. She deals with our data and candidate records. An invaluable part of our team.
Internal & External Associate Trainers / Assessors
Together with our team, we also have a wonderful group of Trainers and Assessors that work with us on an associate basis, many of whom have already become like part of the team. We work very closely and are proud to have them represent Dunelm Associates Ltd to deliver our training. They come from very varied backgrounds and all have extensive experience in their fields.
