Introduction
As competition for the supply of products and services increases, effective marketing of services or products is an important factor for today's organisations. Carried out effectively it can allow organisations to meet key objectives; Carried out badly, it can result in waste of resources and stakeholder needs going unfulfilled.

Format
Training will be delivered in a relaxed, friendly environment conducive to the learning process. Workshops will be highly participative, with formal trainer input being complemented by exercises, discussions and regular feedback sessions, and delegates will be actively encouraged to join in.

Delegates will log the main learning points as the course progresses and will develop appropriate workplace action plans.
