Current trends lead us towards looking at Business Excellence models, for example Total Quality Management (TQM), Investors in People (IIP), and in particular the European Federation for Quality Management (EFQM) business model. Such a model allows us to compare and present activities with those associated with high performances related to specific sector needs. In doing so reviewing "enable us and outcomes".
